When you place your deposit, you will be able to select the processing month that you would like for your animal. After your deposit is placed, you will receive an email with full details on actual date, your cutting list, and an estimated pick-up date.
All of our meat is processed in a state licensed and inspected facility.
4-6 weeks after the butcher date, your meat will be ready.
Most customers prefer on-farm pick-up. We also offer a free meeting location on Wednesdays or Fridays in Flower Mound, Allen, and Trophy Club.
